Richard D. Inge established Inge & Associates, Inc. in 2011 after spending nearly 10 successful years, as a founding principal, with Yance, Inge & Associates, Inc (YIA). Steven P. McMahon has been associated with Inge & Associates since it originated and has been business partners with Richard in real estate for 10 years through YIA. Together, the two have a combined 42 years-experience in commercial real estate, development and investment properties in the Mobile Bay area.
